Stops:

Getting out of the boat is possible.

C2: 42 km covered: Zwanenburg
Getting out of the boat is possible. Available floats are limited. Mind the rocks beneath the water.
Available nutrients: water bottles (limited), food, coffee and tea.
Available facilities: toilets.
Expected time for boats to pass: 10:00AM – 2:00PM

C3: 63 km covered: Lisse
Getting out of the boat is possible. No floats available. Mind the rocks beneath the water.
Available nutrients: water bottles (limited), food, soup, coffee and tea.
Available facilities: toilets, first aid, massage, music.
Expected time for boats to pass: 12:00PM – 5:00PM

C4: 73 km covered: Leiden (Café Ut Dobbertje)
Getting out of the boat is possible, but difficult. Mind the rocks beneath the water.
Available nutrients: water bottles (limited), food and drinks from Café Ut Dobbertje.
Available facilities: toilets (in the café).
Expected time for boats to pass: 1:00PM – 6:30PM

C5: 88 km covered: Leidschendam
Getting out of the boat is mandatory. The boats will be carried over the lock by volunteers and your time is stopped. You can additionally rest and recover up to a maximum of 45 minutes. The time is started again when you leave Leidschendam or when you have exceeded the maximum resting time of 45 minutes, whatever occurs first.
Available nutrients: water bottles (limited), food, lots of cafés and snackbars.
Available facilities: toilets, first aid, massage, volunteers that get your boat out of the water.
